Enjoyed a short hike with friends and got some needed outdoor time. It is so beautiful here in Oregon!

Had a great time in the studio yesterday with our friend Dale. He is an amazing cellist with creative ideas that have made our songs better when ever he plans with them. He is also a Christian singer-songwritter with multiple albums out.

The Mattatouille pepper garden is looking great this year. Hoping to quadruple production quantities this fall!

Concert 6:30 tonight (Friday June 7) at the Band Shell in Alpena Michigan.
If you are in Northern Michigan and have the time, we’d love to see you there!

We’re finally on the road with this setup. 40’ motorhome and an SUV in tow. Michigan here we come!

Mattatouille Update:
Soil prep is almost complete and planting will soon begin! The pepper plants are outside harding off and are looking great! I’ll post pictures of the garden once we are done with the planting. Hoping to double our production this year, so please tell your friends. 🌶

On our way to Denver CO for the next leg of our concert tour. Josie and I like what Eliza has done to our travel style. We stop at parks for breaks and diaper changes. We even stop early and enjoy the evening together. So much better than the 16+ hours a day driving sessions and booking 5 concerts a week. Who would have thought temperance would be brought to us by the love for a child. 😊

Anyone interested in a concert in the Denver CO area? We have April 26 and 28 available. Message us if you have connections or would like to book one of those dates.

Josie and I have spent so many hours in these past 7 weeks on our new album project. We are probably only half way there, but it feels good to be making progress. We are hoping to complete it before we go on tour this spring but we will see. We don’t want to rush it and not make the songs how we would like them.

This girl has been into music since she was born. To me, it’s the most beautiful thing to Hear her sweet soft voice singing a song she’s made up with lyrics like “dada” “mama” and a bunch of baby gibberish. 🥰
